Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and vibrant in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, you have 28 days from receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached to qualify.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and choose between a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in the original mailing bag and affix the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
